Misty Blue is a great place if you want to follow sport events in St Paul’s Bay. Get in the atmosphere to enjoy your favourites games (football, rugby, basketball and more!). You can get a drink there and taste some of their nice dishes.

Jah Ruulz – Spinola

It is THE iconic bar of the Maltese Reggae scene. Their specialty: Mojitos (muh·hee·tow). Located on the steps of Spinola bay, you can always find a place in the shade to enjoy the Rastafari culture.

Happy Dayz bar – Saint Julian’s

A cosy bar by the sea. Enjoy a beer while sitting comfortably in a converted boat. With a wide choice of beverages, the bar even sells its own brand. Drinks are relatively cheap and Reggae music is played daily.

Located on the seafront just behind the infamous Cafe Del Mar, it is just in front of the beach where a boat grounded two years ago. Stop by for a smoothie, a Cisk or one of their excellent cocktails.

The Brew – Sliema, the Strand

Located among the bars on the Strand (the promenade), on the way to Gzira from Sliema, this bar brews some of the beers available on the menu. Among their selection, you will find many beers such as IPA, Lager, Pilsner… We recommend you accompany them with a nice platter to share (cheese, cold cuts, bruschetta, sausages etc.)

Beer cave – Valletta

The Beer Cave is situated just a stone’s throw from the Castile Hotel, which is the office of the Maltese Prime Minister. The “cellar”, located underneath a very beautiful hotel in Valletta, has an outdoor terrace and offers a warm pub atmosphere inside.
The bar offers the widest selection of beers on the island. Events such as film screenings or concerts are regularly organized on the premises.

With its Anglo-Saxon culture, Malta obviously has its share of English and Irish Pubs. From the stained-glass windows to the long bar counter, you can easily feel like you’re in Great Britain.

This is the quintessential English Pub, located in Bugibba, a bastion of Anglo-Saxon-Maltese culture. Here you can enjoy very good beers accompanied with typical British dishes, such as fish and chips.
